Recall at the time there were some complaining “why sell half the asset for so little with $80k LTH?” And the board explained that the price was a bubble no one was taking seriously and the deal was based on the fair LTH value expected at time of executing the JV and where it will hover around moving forward, and that’s what’s happened… then as it’s near time to execute and people leading up to this now complain “why would SSW pay that much?” You have to laugh I guess.
