For me the Li movements is incidental and not material to the INR price.
INR will move on +ve news and go the other way on no news. After all the FID was due a couple of weeks ago and there has been no news, hence the fall in price.
The partnership with Stillwater and will they or won't they are rampers trying to manipulate the price and others jumping at shadows. The truth is that until they start the construction INR is a spec stock and this is seen in the SP and the movement of the SP, everything else is just supposition and static.
