you seem to forget its gone from nothing at all to 81 cents. down to 10 cents with all the permits. they have done everything by the book. they were given the nod to build.. and if im not mistaken there is nothing stopping them starting construction even with the challenge.if their going to stop construction everytime someone says boo. it will take 50 years to build.. yes it was up 20 cents/ but down 60 cents from its ath/ and even down 70 cents just a month ago. that actually droped to 10.5 after the nod was given. am i the only one who thinks it should be at least 50 cents now? still thinks its going to pop out its little sp head when they get the next lot of news? if all the rest cant do it. i cant see it getting any improvement until production
