I sent them a few emails last week asking for any further confirmation on the construction date and they said at this stage it will be in the Q1 of 2025 but that was before this latest announcement. The guy was forth coming but wouldn't comment on the SBSW finacial position
Usually the yanks don't Fck around when it's time to get building so I'd imagine once everything is finalised they will start.
Not like Australia's mining construction, where they do some dumb pink hat day, aboriginal smoking BS, thank autistic people blah blah blah....and then go at a snails pace due to regulations.
