If you trade based on emotion and daily movements, you're gambling.
If you do your DD, this involves understand the company, the fundamentals and the long term direction you are then able to accept that the reward out-weighs the risk.
Set yourself a timeframe and buy and hold top up as cash is available.
Sometimes for people doing nothing is the hardest thing.
