I would have hoped we would hear more about if the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service had submitted their case for why the endangered buckwheat plant should be protected, thus holding up Ioneer from moving forward with their plans for the site. Their findings were supposed to be submitted by 21st May from memory, but I also read that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service was pushing to have this date extended to allow more time for them to put their case together.
