need the retracing prior to going gangbusters in Sept (hopefully). Or at the least some bobbing around between 48.5 and 53 is expected a Omari’s get set at premium rates.
that doesn’t rule out spikes of 10-15% tho.
all about if and when now but the surety is that we are in the second Elliot wave run, over the 4 year pattern.
going up To high 50’s mid 60’s in the short term is the outcome & I’ll bet my rocks on it.
