Not really a drop, more sorta fluctuating which just the market testing the relevant support/resistance prices so they can gauge the remainder of the market’s sentiment.
Maybe a trading bot here and there oversteps the mark by a 1/2 cent to a cent so they can uncover average stop-loss settings.
If a few do it at the same time it sometimes works for them and the rest of the market follows.
Nothing special about today from what I see, the really low volume is great to see.
