They have been ticking the correct boxes for a while now. Can now see what will occur once they get funding/off take agreements for the development of the mine/plant in China. This is the next major box to be ticketed which shouldn't be too far away. 170% interest from potential customers with their current reserves..... hence why they intend to drill to increase reserves..... a very tightly held ship....
