No I am not though know the URF, Alan Dixon etc. story. One of the issues here are the fees; you pay them if E&D does nothing, you pay them when E&D borrow money and you pay them when E&D sell an asset. They take a piece whatever happens. Alan Dixon was a symptom and not the issue. You can find all the details of fees in the AR.
