    The rumour, if I have this right, is that a chinese steel mill, among other companies are on the verge of making a significant deal with SDL for the projects in Africa. An article released a few days ago suggested that a deal was very close to being made.

    Finance is a major milestone for SDL, and would put a real rocket under the share price.
