I do not see this as a negative at all, its basically norm to extend the offer period.
The market has already acepted the GIR deal as done and dusted imho , we only need to go thru the formalities.
GIR holders have an excellent deal and especially now with the rising AGO shareprice which reflect in the take over premium they are getting.
I do not see any other bid arising, because first of all AGO has already more then 40% of the shares in their pocket , and second if another bidder would emerge they would need a lot of senergys to make up for the high shareprice they would need to fork out to outdo AGO.
GIR is in AGO pocket imho and a two weeks longer to sign it all off should not make much of a difference imho.
