The takoevers (No, not just from Nervous), were puffed up with ESG since the fig leaf was invented and for huge (unheard of) dollars as well.
But all it turned out to be was just a miserable scrip for scrip offer from STO, at even less that what they paid to HGO for their stake in ESG in the first place.
Just let it ride mate. IMO it is the best way to handle it. You will end up with an ulcer if you don't. :)
