Optus boss, Paul O'Sullivan having another whinge on Inside Business.
    http://www.abc.net.au/insidebusiness/content/2007/s2234713.htm

He states they will not bid for the FTTN unless there is structural separation. Donald McGauchie, Telstra's chairman states Telstra will not bid if there is a requirement for structural separation. CAT and MOUSE.

Maybe the Gov't should build the Bl@@dy thing themselves and pay the 10-15Billion for the privilege out of taxpayer’s money. They will have an almighty surplus!!! Then they can set the access prices themselves even if it does not make a profit for the asset owner, the Aus people. This is totally in Conroy's hands!!! He cannot expect a PRIVATE company to put up 60-70% of the capital and NOT make a reasonable return. It is not China or Russia, it is a democracy!!!

O'Sullivan is still talking legal action against the Gov't for the OPEL cancellation. He also states that the Gov't should not take that into account for the FTTN, YEAH MATE, GET REAL. The world does not work that way. Is he on another planet?
