I think if BCS does send debt collection agencies to recover fund from unit holders it going to be more complex then someone not paying there telephone bill.
If you did not purchase from IPO there is a real case you did not know what you were really buying.
Looking at comsec and Etrade websites when you enter BCSCA there no reference partly paid security.
Trever say when they come on the register they send a information pack alerting unit holder to their obligation but if you bought over the last few week it a bit to late there are no buyers.
I just find it amazing that the relevant authorties allow this to happen as the unit price was falling.
$1000 at the float buys you $2000 debt
Now $1000 by you $2000000 in debt.
How can you accumulate that much debt without signing a single piece of paper. Its a amazing.
I'm also surprise that Allan did't ask Trever about the canceled distribution payment, that way people bought this sh*t in the first place.
