Another thing I forgot to ask in my last post was whether this liability would be classed as unsecure? I assume it would, which means it would be a waste of time suing someone as the individual could go bankrupt and then BrisConnections would get nothing anyway (except a bill from their lawyers).

Does that sound about right to anyone?
