What info could Gominer have that the market isnt already aware of...sure we all know she has contacts in VCR and the medical profession ,but it would be unscrupulous for them to divulge info as they would be under confidentiallity agreements wouldnt they??
If you receive info that has not been given to the market in general and you have asked for that info could that also be deemed as insider trading.
