When you think, about it, imho, the insiders wouldn't sell into this market,They would know enough other info to be running away. Only the fools who got the leak. Only they lost their money here.
Re management... I think they might be tough negotiators. According to the announcement, NO-ONE could comply with the timeline set. Management must surely feel they're on very high ground.
I can't see ASIC doing anything by mere fact there was no insider trading. imho
