It would be very welcoming to have a decent shake out on our rules and regulations.....the only problem here in OZ...a mickey mouse size exchange is that it almost follows every type of business in this country....

Say, telcos.....the telecommunications and info tech in OZ land is absolutely a monipoly as many other industries in this country.....

Our exchange is no different..... so it will definetely be hard to break the dominance here...... I see in 5-10 years, a possible global merger in markets...it would make more interesting and fair to any size investor....

For a same fee applied you could be investing in any country and any industry.....it will happen eventually as the World is getting smaller and smaller....

Inside trading on the ASX is absolutely disgusting lately..... just talking a short bulk here, look at directors..... ASIC has a list with more than 30 directors that have inside traded in 2007 but have NOT charge ONE !

And financial Instos..... LOLOOL most of them do it all the time.....it's a normal practise and manipulate the stock and market for purposes....

It's not worth it "to go there" as nothing ever will be done and if so the past will be "erased" it's done....

Is any exchange in particular that you are looking at it ?
