    Have not seen the report but IMO it would be a total waist of money.

    It would only be information that is already avaliable through company announcements and a director would have to be exremely stupid (not saying ther are not a few that are not) to buy or sell shares prior to a major announcement. If they did it would be done in such a manner as to hide the transaction and therefore would not appear in this report.

    And there are to many other reasons a director would be buying or selling in relation to the long term movement of a share price to make this information of any great value on its own.
