As we are the general public we are the last to know everything. As much as "insider trading" is illegal its very hard to prove, and well.....you see it all the time, with directors mates purchasing a truckload of shares and to our surprise a unbelievable announcements comes out 1 week later (Hi George Jones and SDL - 50c to 76c in 1 week then a proposed 2:1 merger with GBG - all his international friends got to buy a new 100ft boat and a new Roller each) and yet nothing happens.
It sucks but accept it.
