    Today's 'Inside Business' with Alan Kohler included a gloomy piece on LEI. Problems at desal plant are set to continue with 1st July '12 date being almost certainly not achievable. How low can LEI go? Roger Montgomery doesn't fancy company at all. Could we see $15 in anothermkt downturn? V. likely IMO.
