I think that's the wrong mentality to have. I mean you are literally suggesting that stocks are sporting teams and therefore one can only cheer for or against.

Personally I would like to see AHF succeed because they are an A2 milk focused business.

Theres a saying that a rising tide lifts all ships and that is my belief about the A2 milk category.

If a small company like AHF could do well with a new A2 based product then it would be a sign of further acceptance of such products and further growth for the category as a whole.

Unfortunately, the reality to date is that outside of A2M not many other A2 formulas have had great sales.

Bigger manufacturers like Nestle (Nan A2,) Karicare A2, and smaller ones like Care A2 have all been flops. BUB A2 Supreme was also obviously a flop as well.

The organic component that AHF brings is a potential point of differentiation (Aptamil Essensis would currently be the main competitor product). But in a bit of unfortunate timing, it seems like A2M will likely launch their new organic A2 product around the same time or sooner than AHF's one. Between A2M, Aptamil and I think Bellamy's have a more established one as well, it seems unrealistic for AHF to gain much traction in the Chinese imported English label IF market. Especially with a $330k marketing budget which apparently (if you believe the comments on here) they are looking to reduce even further). Which brings us back to management.

I would like to see companies like AHF and BUB succeed, and if they were to develop better strategies then I would be a potential investor. The trouble as Ive highlighted is with the management failing to adapt to the post daigou landscape and damaging the brands and shareholder value every time.

As was indicated by the AHF AGM vote, over a quarter of AHF shareholders oppose the current management. I am sure they also want their 'team' to succeed but that doesn't mean they have to cheer for this management. Perhaps they can see through the spin and know what is coming.
