I would say the pressure/expectation for AHF management to deliver some improved sales results will have increased after BUB delivered a promising turnaround result in their 4C yesterday. Specifically their China segment (which is similar in scale to AHF) performed very well.

Demand side market conditions are arguably as good as they've been since COVID for Australia and NZ based infant formula companies exporting to China. Marriage and birth rates in China have recently improved, currency rates are favorable. Also there has been stronger demand for English label formula (compared to the more expensive China label formula) which is specifically beneficial to companies like BUB and AHF who lack SAMR/China label registration.

All of this, combined with the recent share price increase, suggests there is absolutely no excuse for AHF to deliver a strong result.
