Mate, it’s not that AHF’s running at low cost by choice, it’s a deliberate, phased approach. Right now, AHF is focused on gearing up / beginning producing its premium formula for the Q3 customer launch, prioritising quality and margin over maximal volume.

Sure, the big players eventually hit that 1-tonne-per-hour mark, but that kind of automation and process transformation takes time and strategic investment. Our management has a clear roadmap for upgrading the dryer systems and streamlining production; it’s just early days.

So before dismissing the entire strategy, let’s give the plan time to unfold. I’m not asking you to buy in just to prove me wrong, the numbers and the process upgrades will eventually speak for themselves.
