Your utter lack of understanding of basic Australian corporate law is astounding for someone who pretends to have knowledge.

Transparency in a number of ways is set out in the Corporations Act and then replicated in the ASX rules for listed companies...it is mandatory not "crucial" as you put it. Furthermore "partnerships" are expressive and mean nothing in the context of what @werdplaya58 was referring to and transparency. He was asking the actualy structural relationship between the parties.

Might be worth you disclosing your relationship and association to these two folks you keep trotting out as the saviours of AHF.
