The chairman,David John Williams, has continued his buying with the last report another 100,000 & a futher 50,000 went through today & if it was the same buyer Williams will own 47.3% of the company.

When the 7 million share buyback gets underway from the 24th November, Williams will eventually own over 50% of the company.

Is the longer plan for MVP to go private?

If so, the remaining shareholders should receive a takeover offer above the prevailing price at the time.

If not, then the remaining shareholders will have to start receiving dividends as MVP will have to do something with their increasing cash other than a share buyback.
