For all the gloom about REIT's generally the reality is that ALZ, IIF, MDT, MCW and CER are all reducing debt via sales . So I do think that the ALZ director buying is a very good sign of confidence . 150,000 @ approx 50 cents is no small change if he is feeling gloomy about prospects .
