I read a few articles which stated that DSH was going into VA, yet no announcement was made on the ASX at that point.
Only a trading halt regarding "funding position and debt financing covenants" was present.

How did the media known that this was going into VA before shareholders? I understand that it was in a trading halt so it probably doesn't even matter. However, you'd expect there to be some transparency though, ASX should be the primary source of information.

I dont own any shares, nor have i owned any.. im just really surprised to find that the media knew this was going down before shareholders. Thoughts?
