Is there any way using the ASX website we can get a summary of insider ownership of a company? Are we expected to go through the annual reports - and then all of the individual disclosures after that report was published - to get the current status of insider ownership?
Yahoo summarizes this information but I don't know if I trust their data for a foreign stock, as it might be based on a prior annual report and not updated frequently. What have others experienced for Yahoo data?
James Alford is disclosed on Yahoo to own 22.5M shares, against a float of 183M shares. Is it still accurate? I see a transaction for him selling 19.5M shares in July 2017. After he resigned, I see a disclosure here that says what his shareholdings were.Isn't there a disclosure somewhere that says how many shares he owned originally, how many he sold, and how many he has remaining?I would appreciate someone educating me about how these dislcosures are done for Aussie stocks.
