Possible, gmac55. But probable?  Last week The Australian reported that Andrew Kroger lives in London.  London is closer to his US water operations than is Melbourne or Sydney. He spent only a brief stint as Cryosite chairman. Plus he was absent from a Cryosite AGM.

Given the above, I question whether he has the single minded commitment to engineer a takeover and then stay on to ensure its success over the long term.

Mr Kroger's stock broking background suggests he's attuned to deal-making.  One option might involve conferring with CHAMP Private Equity about coupling their two CTE stakes to a level approaching 6o% and then facilitating a deal with an acquisitive overseas or local operator with the vision to realize CTE's potential in the $1b clinical trials space.

Another thing: Andrew Kroger would be aware of moves by aggressive, innovative competitors such $UPS/United Parcel Service to expand into the Australian CT market on three fronts.

How will he/they respond?  Clues may emerge at the CTE AGM due to be held in November.
