Ask yourself that, if you were working at a company and had say $20mil worth of shares. And you left the company presumably to go to a better company (in terms of your career growth or a different career pathway or to start your own business or company or whatever), wouldn't you sell down at least half of that to
1. fund your business
2. invest in your new company that you are now a director of
3. diversify your assets away from a company you no longer have any say in?
