Good point Pussinboots.

I applied for a SPP recently - one in my name and one in my super fund. The super fund application was returned because they would issue shares to a named person only once. If my super fund did not incorporate my name in the title they may have let it go.

However given MAK's expansion plans I reckon that they will allow everybody their full application(s). The more cash the company gets the better.
