insider trading accused faces court, page-8

I do laught reading how it's being reported and more so how ASIC seem to be dealing with the case.

What doesn't seem to be reported (and I'm not sure if ASIC even know ??) is that Stocko claimed (in Dec 03) to be the companys website designer, hence being told about ASX announcements BEFORE they occured so that he could design the webpage.

Also to only looking at the post by the username "stocko" ?? come on everyone knows the guy created a number of usernames to use (and the practice of doing so got him kicked off a number of forums, here, Share-Scene, Top-Stocks etc)
