You all had an opportunity to buy low at 11.5c - 12c last two weeks and sell at a profit today. Why didnt you take advantage??? Traders did.
More opportunities will follow. That's the way the market operates. Nothing to do with insiders. The announcement created an opportunity to sell. As 2ic stated the announcement had little substance.
