He could pay the fine with just the last dividend payment or sell some of $4m in shares he owns to pay the fine.
Rep damage and hire (directorship) prospects are probably the bigger hit for the two guys. Maybe jail time?
BCN will still kicking goals and this may even give us some media interest. Still happy with management.
This behaviour still goes on in the market and it will never go away, that is why they are always looking.
