possibly even a forfeiture on the cards.. but thats wild speculation.

hard to say.. im sure bcn will make a statement soon enough along the lines of no comment not to cause prejudice to proceedings.
if this is the reason for the parting of ways and there has been an ongoing investigation with current board cooperation; then it actually stands well for the reputation of the board... though it will probably need a follow up statement in terms of a review of corporate governance either completed or underway.

i think we will have low volume.. people will be unsure of its consequence to current sp and we are getting closer to first blood at min min.
