I am surprised BCN wasn't on the front foot of this and released an Ann.
I imagine that he sold in drips but for how long who knows. We will all know soon enough. I imagine the board might be called on as witnesses too.
I reported BCN to asic a few years ago. The SP, volume never seemed natural.
