Dargie I agree its a waste of time but how will it change if we do nothing. I sold 95000 Beppa based upon a statement that seemed to talk the valuation of both Beppa and BBI down at the time. Relentless buying of Beppa pushing it further and further away from BBI made me think that there was an imbalance and that someone needed Beppa for other reasons than logic. At no time did I expect that management would have made these statements and the disparity in value was Beppa was undervalued and BBI was overvalued. I never considered how that could be.

So I would be very interested as to how anyone could have , without prior knowledge, known that the valuations where the way the CSI decided.

So its not worth my fight as the amount involved is too small. However if they get away with it will I suffer the same fate more frequently as others see that you just get away with it every time.

What do I have to do to make the playing field level? If its not level than its like roulette, the odds are always in the long term stacked against me. If this is how I make my money than I must do something.

Sold my remaining beppas on friday gave up the fight.
