That's where we disagree Nathan. We'll leave it to the lawyers. There was no way BEPPA were ever going to be worth less than recent market prices in the BAM proposal and once discovery of the BAM timetable and documentation is known, it will be a simple matter to prove the statement was misleading at best and deceptive at worst. You sure you're not on the BBI payroll? I better be careful here. Those I think are on side may be stabbing me in the back.
