i think thats good advice.

to be honest i read the announcement correctly, but their was certainly an element of doubt that made it not worth the risk for me personally.

i guess where we are different is i blame them more for negligence than misleading. my beaf is that its plainly obvious that they could have played the BAM card earlier and entertained ALL other offers.

instead they chose to wait until the last days, when things were so dire that nobody really had a choice but to accept.

it is my belief that they back the company and its shareholders into a corner to make they deal easier to pass. at what point they stopped trying to save the company and shareholders i do not know. my guess is around Corus time it became obvious to them.
