Personally I think the new test gave them more data than they expected, the qualitative nature and broad range of parameters may have needed more analysis than they had planned
Continuous disclosure would require more adverse data to be released immediately
PBT has not used their facility to raise more capital in the US which has surprised me given their propensity to do this in the past, perhaps they feel confident new capital will come more easily in the future
