Been seeing lots of posters wondering if this was an insider trading.
Just base on my opinion:
Insider trading is when directors sell or buy share before an announcement is made. If you look at the change of director interest in the document you will realize that he has made his interest on 9th May. Which means he has most likely gain approval from the board either to resign or to sell off all his share.
Another point to note is, if NTM is so fishy, would the placement has been successful done to Sophisticated investors at a short period of time knowing there is some shit going on in this company?
