Insider Trading Reort filed with ASIC

Hey all - had about enough of this so have sent (along with emails to PDN and ASX yesterday) the following email to ASIC. This is a travesty if allowed to occur with certain people and companies "in the know". Suggest if you have the time to follow suit - what a disgraceful example of insider trading. Hope they pursue...

Insider Trading for shares involved for Paladin Energy
(ASX Code PDN). There was a massive dump of shares
yesterday (I believe the biggest in the companies history)
with no announcement or news released publicly. As
expected there was an announcement released this
morning which has obviously been known about by
a number of parties without the full disclosure to the
public. The announcement related to the delay in a
strategic investment by a Chinese partner. I would
strongly recommend that this be investigated thoroughly,
in particular the companies/individuals that were
involved in the significant parcels sold off yesterday.
In fact there was a 15M share parcel sold after market
close which had a direct effect of dropping share price
from 9 cents per share to the intra day low of 8.3 cents
per share. Whilst I am a consumer and a shareholder I
feel very aggrieved that this blatant example of insider
trading is allowed to function in the Australian market.
I implore you to look at the trading patterns, individuals
and companies involved in addition to Paladin Energy
Board who would have been privy to this market sensitive
news in advance to today's announcement. Thanks in
advance on behalf of all shareholders for PDN and on the
ASX. This is required to ensure integrity maintained in a
market that is stained by this behaviour and perhaps may
be a deterrent to not only this company and individuals involved.
