insider trading thoughts

I am not saying all this about Insider trading to be a pain but I am just relatively new to all this.

As a beginner this would look a lot like insider trading to me as I understand it. I know the markets have been hit pretty hard the last few days but despite this I still thought from the beginning of the rally that there would be an announcement coming and then a pullback to the price before the rally started...it is a common pattern at ORD and it just seems a bit off....

Would appreciate anyones thoughts on this to help me better understand the markets and how things work...
