from the gettgo this takeover offer by DLX has been mostly highly conditional.

perhaps if they offered the cash within 7 business days acceptances might be more forthcoming rather than having to wait at least 21 or a scrip for scrip deal it might have more chance of getting up.

dont see the extra 5c sweettner make stakeholders rush for the exit doors to collect the cash.
