    agree. If there are no more acceptances, the question is whether DLX will go uncond. or just cancel the deal and hold onto 20%.
    i think if they dont get 50% they probably are not interested in a minority interest.
    the idea of a 42 c div is cheeky as they offer only 5c extra and tout 18c in franking credits which is put in by ALS, and ALS are clearly not interested!
