If they can recover their business/brand, their intangible assets value will increase (also their tangible assets such as HPC will as well) but I doubt it will be as high as write-down that has occurred these few years anymore.
MC's value don't always follow metric, if they are still trading by this time next year, traders might see a pps of $1 as cheap and buy. However, the MC will never get back to $1B+ value anymore, I see $250M as probable.
