I would like to direct you to what is KNOWN.
BQT advised the market approx 4 weeks ago they would conclude a contract for roughly $20m in 4 to 6 weeks.
I am NOT sure what part of this you might have missed but its clear those with some intelligence did NOT miss this news.
Furthermore BQT have announced they are in continuing discussions with about 15 similar sized deals in the middle east on top of announcements where they have secured deals in the middle east and elsewhere.
It is amusing you suggest ASIC/ASX should look at the trading leading up to the announcement.
May i make this suggestion in the simplest of terms.
