There was a $1.35m capital raising to sophisticated/wholesale investors...one of them was probably Next Investors. They would have received a basic presentation with information (this is normal).
They would have been able to draft their email update in advance of the acquisition announcement this morning. They did not send the email until after the announcement was released.
Move on. Nothing to see here.
